What We Expect:โข 1โ2+ years of relevant call center experience (outbound voice)
โข Strong understanding of campaign flow, call center KPIs, and sales techniques
โข Must be comfortable with night shift (US timings)
โข Bachelorโs degree completed (experience preferred over qualification)
โข Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
